RETURN POLICY

Your product is eligible for return/exchange only if you have received a defective product in terms of quality or a manufacturing defect OR if an incorrect product is mailed to you.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.

For return or exchange:

If you would like to return any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery.

Delivery charges to be borne by the customer unless immediately returned to the rider.

Kindly specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

If approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in it’s original packing condition.
